Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for payments collected by University Sports Council (USC) (an independent amateur sports event management project), operated by Ravinder Kumar Singh, for event & tournament registrations, participation fees, and sports kit / team jerseys.

Registrations & participation fees

Registration / participation fees (for example the Freshers Sports League fee of ₹116.82 per sport) reserve your slot and are non-refundable once paid. Paying does not guarantee selection into any team.

We will, however, refund a payment in these genuine cases:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same thing.
  • Failed / deducted but not confirmed — money was deducted but you received no Order ID / confirmation.
  • Event cancelled by USC and not rescheduled — the fee is refunded.

Sports kit & jerseys (physical items)

  • Before we hand it over / begin production: you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Wrong, defective or damaged item: we replace it free of charge, or refund it if a replacement isn't possible.
  • Size exchange: unused, unworn items may be exchanged within 7 days of collection, subject to stock.
  • Personalised items (with a name/number printed) can't be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
