Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how University Sports Council (USC) delivers what you pay for. It covers digital confirmations and physical items (sports kit / team jerseys).

Registrations & confirmations (digital)

For registrations and participation fees, your confirmation is delivered instantly by email after a successful payment, including your Order ID. There is nothing to ship.

Sports kit & jerseys (physical)

Physical items are handed over in person on campus — at the USC Office, Block 13-302, LPU, or at the relevant event/trial. We do not charge any separate shipping fee for on-campus collection.

• You will be notified by email / phone when your item is ready to collect — usually within 7–14 days of order (or of team selection, for team jerseys).
• Please bring your Order ID and student ID when collecting.
• If a courier delivery is specifically arranged, the timeline and any charges will be communicated to you in advance before you pay.
