These Terms govern your use of https://www.unisportscouncil.co.in and any payment made through it. The website is operated by Ravinder Kumar Singh under the name University Sports Council (USC), an independent amateur sports event management project. By using the site or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

USC is an independent amateur sports event management project, managed and operated by Ravinder Kumar Singh. We organise sports events, tournaments and trials. We run this on an amateur, not-for-profit basis — amounts collected go towards participation and kit costs.

Why we take payments online

We use an online payment gateway so that every payment is properly recorded and traceable — replacing untracked manual / UPI-QR payments. This gives each student a verifiable record (an Order ID) and helps us keep accurate registration and kit data for the large number of students who take part in USC events.

What you can pay for

• Event & tournament registrations / participation fees — e.g. the Freshers Sports League participation fee (₹116.82 per sport).
• Sports kit & team jerseys — priced per item as shown at the time of purchase.
• Other USC activity fees announced from time to time.

We do not sell spectator tickets or run commercial ticketed events.

Eligibility

Payments and registrations are intended for enrolled students. You must provide accurate, complete details. Providing false information may result in your registration or order being cancelled.

Payments

All prices and payments on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), collected by Ravinder Kumar Singh for University Sports Council (USC).

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card / UPI / bank details.
• You receive a confirmation with an Order ID for every successful payment.
• Paying a participation fee lets you take part in trials; it does not guarantee selection into a team.
• If selected, the official team jersey may need to be purchased separately to be confirmed in the team.

Delivery, refunds & cancellations

Delivery of physical items is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy, and refunds/cancellations in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or transact on behalf of someone without their consent. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, USC and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Participation in sports carries inherent physical risk, which participants accept.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
